Free Online Storytelling Workshops
Led by Josh Baker, Director of Coaching & Curation and our team of Grand Slam Winners
Whether you’re an experienced storyteller or a complete novice, this workshop series will help you develop story ideas, workshop existing stories, and introduce you to Tulsa’s storytelling community. Winners of the OK, So Tulsa’s annual “Best Storyteller Competition” will help you develop your story by providing feedback and storytelling tips.
Please come ready to tell your true, personal story that’s no longer than 5 minutes. Rough drafts are encouraged – there’s no such thing as a perfect story! Zoom Only. Priority is given to workshop participants who will be putting their name in the hat at the storyslam that month. Themes vary. Please make sure you check out our calendar of events to make sure you have the correct theme.
Workshops are held the Tuesday night before our monthly story slams. 7 pm.
